    We’re out of turmoil but we lost HIP 116045 in the process. Overall it was a good turn for us as we were able to fortify everything and at least take our expansion system. Even if HIP 3603 has an apparent net of -16 CC, the 31 CC upkeep is an indirect bonus to our CC if we can get it fortified every week.
    For the next 24 hours, prepare HIP 116045. Depending on what new merit grinder system will haunt us this turn, we might need to adjust prep targets tomorrow. Like last week, prioritize systems from HIP 105391 to Aowica for fortifications so our fortification personnel can relax towards the end of the week without worrying of any sniping to our valuable systems.

    We're at galactic standing #6 and in turmoil with three systems at risk. We had a total of 16 systems undermined last turn with 3 of them left unfortified.


    I can't stress enough how important it is to fortify this list from top to bottom. The systems closer to the top are farther and more prone to undermining so they should be taken care of earlier. Everything closer to the bottom is closer and are at low risk of being undermined so we can save those for last.


    All pilots are recommended to commit to fortifying to get our CC back in order.

    Das PI hat letzten Turn n Krieg angezettelt und die Quittung kam in Form von Undermining in Systemen , welche nicht oder nur üngenügend befestigt waren.


    So haben wir aktuell ~ -700 HV und können diesen Turn nur befestigen mit Programmmaterialien.

    Bin gestern mit meinem Transport Hauler 2 mal zerschossen worden. Zugegeben fliegt der sich auf D auch wie ein Brikett, aber nicht einmal die Möglichkeit zu haben einer Interdiction zu entkommen nervt schon!
    Dabei wollte ich nur "mal schnell" von A nach B und beim freundlichen Chinesen um die Ecke günstig n neues Schiff schießen.... :sm19:

    Good work everyone who helped out fortifying our systems, all of you have my respect. We were able to fortify all but one of our systems and due to that we were able to climb out of turmoil. However, due to the undermining against us, we weren't able to prevent losing our two of our four systems in turmoil last turn. Still, it was a good effort from everyone.


    (Woyo Mina was overfortified due to the visual bug showing everyone 0% fortifications. The amount of wasted merits put into Woyo Mina would have been enough to get us perfect fortifications. Hopefully, something will be done about that bug soon)


    I don't recommend retaking Kelin Samba, Kalana (and Kwatsu) due to the sheer amount of merits they require to fortify. They may be high-profit but they ultimately cost us merits to fortify other systems which in turn cost us CC.

    Good work to everyone who spent their time fortifying our systems at the last minute. We were able to pull of amazing feats like the fortifications of Lusonnunga which started at 4% and ended complete in two hours a few minutes before cycle turnover.


    A lot of our systems were undermined and responsibility will be claimed by both Archon Delaine and Felicia Winters. We responded appropriately to the undermine sniping sanctioned by Persephonius (Winters Sky-Marshal) back in Turn 15 with Operation Majestic and there will be no further need to commit to hostile actions against Felicia Winters.


    We're in turmoil again and dropped to #6. However, we will be able to focus on fortifications this turn since it's the only thing we can do (and the only thing I suggest everyone to do).

    We were hit with undermine sniping and we've identified two Winters commanders involved in the act of aggression against us. This may call for retaliatory action so requesting all available commanders to stand-by for undermining targets.


    Because of the undermine sniping against us by Winters, we entered turmoil when we otherwise would have not. The two affected systems are at risk of loss if we cannot get our CC out of the red. Our current galactic standing has dropped from #1 to #4.


    We have one expansion option that is far from possible opposition, so expansion is secondary. All available combatants are requested to stand-by for undermining targets. All fortifiers may begin as soon as the turn starts prioritizing the systems listed below. Requesting all Aisling commanders to focus efforts on undermining (targets to be called, please stand-by) and fortifications (to avoid marginal CC which was our problem last turn). If you are capable of hauling fortification materials, please help there and leave combat to our pure-combatant pilots.

    Congratulations everyone, we currently hold the #1 position among all galactic powers with a very tight difference from our two runners up. We have a standing value of 78% while Hudson and Arissa both have a standing value of 77%.


    Operation Nemain was ultimately unsuccessful and we had to take in Panganau as a control system. However, that should not distract us from the dedication of our participating operatives who not only sacrificed 2 weeks worth of rating 5 salary but also access to our prismatic shields for a month. A detailed write-up and operation report will follow within the next two days.

    Should we end up capturing Panganau, it will be near-impossible to get rid of it due to it's low undermined upkeep (There are 4 other systems with STANDARD UPKEEP higher than 34 and they get canceled every turn).


    We have two ways to deal with this:


    Quote

    Aim for low CC or turmoil again like what we did last turn.
    Oppose Panganau though self-undermining and asking for assistance from other powers.


    Both options are difficult. Low CC/turmoil will require extreme precision and will limit our CC again for next turn (no preparations again). Opposing Panganau with it's low success threshold will mean we will need to put in hundreds of thousands of points to successfully stop it (we can fortify to decent and usable CC for turn 15).


    Both are possible and we need to be very organized to succeed. Please discuss these options here.

    While we are discussing on which action to go with, we can start with fortifying these systems:

    We will force turmoil this turn to instantly fail all expansions. Our fortification targets will be limited and controlled - follow the targets strictly and do not deviate. We need a deficit that is not too close to 0 CC (Galnet value + 301 CC should not exceed 30 CC).


    Duro was registered as undermined (this may be caused by glitched undermining like Syntheng), if you have screenshots of values before turnover, post them on this thread (r/AislingDuval).


    Mahon supporters opened a bug report thread requesting FD to clear out our expansions this turn due to the nature of the bug that caused the terrible list. Put a comment in so it can get dev attention. (Links in 1.1 Summary). For now, while a response from FD is uncertain, we will still aim to go into controlled turmoil.

    Small to medium ships: Cailli, Aurawala (full list below; do not fortify anything else for now)
    Short distance ships: If you cannot reach long distance targets, do not fortify, help out with preparations.

    IMPORTANT UPDATE


    FD has unblocked our preparation cap allowing us to prepare this turn. However, given that there is only around 2 days left for the cycle, it would be unwise to attempt to kick out the top 5 systems. Doing so will cost us 45,478 -79,542 merits worth of materials which we could use more in fortification.


    Do not prepare any system, continue with fortifications.

    We will force turmoil next turn when the prep systems this turn are up for expansion, forcing them all to fail.
