The following objectives are suggested but recommended actions. Pilots are not obligated to follow it but accomplishment of the objectives will be beneficial for the power overall.

Undermining: Not recommended
Good work to everyone who spent their time fortifying our systems at the last minute. We were able to pull of amazing feats like the fortifications of Lusonnunga which started at 4% and ended complete in two hours a few minutes before cycle turnover.
A lot of our systems were undermined and responsibility will be claimed by both Archon Delaine and Felicia Winters. We responded appropriately to the undermine sniping sanctioned by Persephonius (Winters Sky-Marshal) back in Turn 15 with Operation Majestic and there will be no further need to commit to hostile actions against Felicia Winters.
We're in turmoil again and dropped to #6. However, we will be able to focus on fortifications this turn since it's the only thing we can do (and the only thing I suggest everyone to do).

Fortification in order of priority (in case the list is not up-to-date):

Tip 1: Avoid fortifying systems with a radius income less than 62 unless specified. (actual radius income is upkeep if undermined minus standard upkeep)
Tip 2: Toggle between economic route and fastest route to reach most distant systems without the need to refuel.
Tip 3: For large ships, it is less time consuming if you replace some cargo space with a fuel tank.
